Allergies and Intolerances

The cupcakes are made in my home kitchen where any of the 14 notifiable allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts) may be used.

IMPORTANT information about the cupcakes I make. Please be aware when ordering.

  • The regular cupcakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and butter (milk)


  • The gluten-free cupcakes are made with Freee gluten-free flour.

  • The dairy-free cupcakes are made with Flora dairy free spread and Flora plant butter.

  • The soya-free cupcakes are made without any chocolate fillings.


  • My Free-from cupcakes are easily identified in green cupcake cases


  • Please note: I do not make nut free cupcakes

Every order comes with an allergen list.

You will know straight away which allergens are in your cupcakes.

The buttercream frosting contains the following colourings:

sunset yellow FCF (E110)

quinoline yellow (E104)

carmoisine (E122)

allura red (E129)

tartrazine (E102)

ponceau 4R (E124)

These colourings may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children
